Abstract
Measurements of the in-plane magnetic-field penetration depth for the n-doped high-T(c) superconductor Nd1.85Ce0.15CuO4-delta are reported. The measurements were performed at 4 GHz by a microstrip resonator tec hnique on thin films obtained by laser ablation. The temperature depen dence of the penetration depth is carefully analyzed and the energy ga p-ratio is estimated. The results confirm that Nd1.85Ce0.15CuO4-delta behaves as a BCS-like superconductor.
