Abstract
The anisotropy of sputtered Co/Pd multilayers with different layer thi cknesses has been investigated using X-band FMR. A few kinds of a unia xial magnetic anisotropy have been detected, their energies and orient ation angles have been determined using computer simulation. Depending on layer thicknesses the samples possessed in-plane and perpendicular or oblique anisotropy. The origins of the found uniaxial anisotropies have been discussed.
