Abstract
The beta(-) decay of Sb-136 has been studied for the first time, givin g new information on the excited states in Te-136 having low angular m omenta. Apart from the ''ground state band,'' only about nine states w ith angular momenta in the range 0-2 units are expected below the exci tation energy of 2.5 MeV. A majority of them has been found in the pre sent measurements. The J(pi) of the ground state of Sb-136 was identif ied as 1(-). No evidence was found for the presence of high spin isome rs in neither Sb-136 nor in Te-136.
