Abstract
We consider the integrable structure of the quantum lattice W-N algebr as. We introduce the ultralocal Lax matrix, and show that the Yang-Bax ter relation is satisfied with a Z(N) invariant R-matrix. (C) 1997 Els evier Science B.V.
