Abstract
Scholarly network: Virginia Tech's policy that mandates posting of the ses and dissertations on the World Wide Web is aiding computer literac y among grad students and facilitating scholarly communication; critic s, however, are raising questions about peer review, the possibility o f facilitating plagiarism, and the potential for hindering future publ ication of work based on electronically posted dissertations.
