Abstract
The resonance Wigner scattering of charged bosons (small bipolarons) b y a random potential results in a logarithmicnlly diver ent low-temper ature resistivity of bipolaronic high-T-c cuprates. The unusual temper ature dependence of the resistivity of La2-xSrxCuO4 and of the Hall ef fect is quantitatively described providing evidence for a 2e charged B ose liquid in cuprates.
