A case of cholangiocarcinoma arising from multiple bile duct hamartoma
s (von Meyenburg complexes) is reported in a 68-year-old man. This man
has been treated for generic hemochromatosis for 2 years. The diagnos
is of cholangiocarcinoma was suspected by a systematic ultrasound test
and made through the pathological examination of the resected specime
n. Only six cases have already been reported. Our case is peculiar bec
ause it occurred on a genetic hemochromatosis.
