Abstract
The Quality Development Award (QDA) brings together practices from thr oughout the UK to a final ceremony at the BDA headquarters. There is j ust one winner, but al the finalists receive a QDA certificate in reco gnition of their work in non-clinical patient care. This series takes a closer look at these projects, with the Eilertsen and Raymond Dental Practice first under the spotlight.
