Abstract
The effect of additives on structure and dielectric properties of Pb(Z r1-xTix)O-3 ceramics with 0.05 < x < 0.15 was examined by means of X-r ay diffraction, second harmonic generation and dielectric measurements . Bi2O3 and ''PnGeO(3)'' additives were shown to stabilize rhombohedra l symmetry of the lattice, improve mechanical properties of the sample s, and enhance the diffusioness of the phase transitions.
