Abstract
We describe a case of synovial sarcoma occurring in a 36 year-old woma n, 8 years after radiation therapy for Hodgkin's disease. The tumor sh owed histological, immunohistochemical, ultrastructural, and molecular features diagnostic of synovial sarcoma. To our knowledge, this is th e first report of a fully documented case of radiation associated syno vial sarcoma. Copyright (C) 1997 by W.B. Saunders Company.
