Abstract
We report myositis ossificans occurring in a 13-year-old boy with seve re and rapidly progressive Guillain-Barre syndrome. This complication should be considered when severe musculoskeletal pain is experienced b y such patients. Disodium etidronate may be of benefit in this conditi on.
