Microstructure and domain structure of sintered Nd14DyFe69.5Co5AlCr2B7
.5 magnets with different grain sizes are analysed. The domain structu
re observed is typical for materials with high uniaxial magnetocrystal
line anisotropy. Moreover, the changes in the value of coercivity mu(0
J)H(C) connected with the different grain sizes are compared with the
changes in mechanical properties of these magnets. When the values of
coercivity mu(0J)H(C) increase, the values of Young's modulus E, Vicke
rs hardness H(V), tensile strength delta(TS), and ultimate tensile str
ess delta(UTS) become higher, except the bending strength delta(BS).
