The model of self-organizing Eulerian walkers is numerically investiga
ted on the square lattice. The critical exponents for the distribution
of a number of steps (tau(l)) and visited sites (tau(s)) characterizi
ng the process of transformation from one recurrent configuration to a
nother are calculated using the finite-size scaling analysis. Two diff
erent kinds of dynamical rules are considered. The results of simulati
ons show that both versions of the model belong to the same class of u
niversality with the critical exponents tau(l)=tau(s)=1.75+/-0.1.
