Abstract
The sonographic findings of Mobius syndrome with brain stem calcificat ion are presented. Prenatal and neonatal sonography disclosed characte ristic hyperechoic dots or linear bands in the brain stem representing calcification, which suggests prenatal ischemic insult to the brain s tem.
