EXTRAPERITONEAL ABDOMINOPELVIC INFLAMMATORY PSEUDOTUMOR - REPORT OF 4CASES

We describe four cases of inflammatory pseudotumor seen at our institu tion in the past 4 years. Four children were each found to have a larg e extraperitoneal mass on imaging studies, three of which were in the pelvis. Malignant sarcomatous tumors were suspected. Surgical biopsy o f each mass, however, revealed inflammatory pseudotumor.
