Abstract
In this paper the existence of weak solutions, local and global in tim e solutions for small initial distribution of particles, for the three -dimensional Vlasov-Poisson-Fokker-Planck system with measures as init ial data is obtained. Also, the uniqueness and stability for these sol utions is analysed. The distribution of particles to be considered is the measures with special decay contained in Morrey spaces.
