Abstract
This article details the use of mechanical thrombectomy for hemodialys is fistulas and grafts. A comparison of balloon angioplasty versus com bined surgery with balloon angioplasty versus aspiration thrombectomy and hemodynamic thrombectomy is given. The technique used for thrombec tomy for PTFE grafts and Brescia-Cimino fistulas is described.
