Abstract
The Si-29(p,gamma) reaction has been studied in the range E(p)=1.00-1. 75 MeV. Three previously unknown states in P-30 were identified, and o ne state previously assigned to P-30 was identified as a state in N-14 . Gamma-ray strengths were determined for the three new levels, and br anching ratios were measured for 17 resonances. Revised J(pi);T assign ments were made for nine of these states.
