Abstract
Over a period of 3 years, 18 patients with mandibular osteomyelitis we re prospectively investigated by conventional radiograph, computed tom ography (CT) and in 4 cases by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The d iagnosis was based on histology in 17 patients operated upon.
