Abstract
In this paper, the selectivity coefficient of ion selective electrode is first predicted by artificial neural networks (ANN) and partial lea st squares (PLS), with topological indices of the interference taken a s inputs for these two chemometric techniques The prediction results f or ANN were better than that for PLS.
