Abstract
Primary tumor of the aorta is extremely rare. The authors report a cas e of primary aortic sarcoma presenting with a solitary metastasis to t he right suprarenal region and malignant hypertension, mimicking pheoc hromocytoma, with a review of the literature on this topic.
