Abstract
The electrical and optical characterization of magnesium phthalocyanin e films has been made. The activation energy has been obtained. Optica l spectra of as deposited and air annealed films are reported. The opt ical band gap is obtained as 2.6 eV. (C) 1997 Academic Press.
