Abstract
The use of Large White swine in thoracic and abdominal surgery is very appreciate because of its anatomical and physiological characteristic s closed to that of human. The different anesthetics techniques used i n our laboratory are presented here (induction, maintenance, per and p ostoperative monitoring). The hemodynamic stability of the animal is a lso presented.
