Abstract
The diagnosis of small bowel cancer before it has metastasized continu es to be a clinical and radiologic dilemma. This article presents an o verview of the role of radiologic in the diagnosis of small bowel canc er, describes techniques for optimal radiologic examination, and prese nts a pictorial essay of the radiologic features and differential diag noses of these tumors.
