Abstract
We present the MRI features and follow-up results in a case of acute t uberculous (TB) radiculomyelitis adjacent to spondilodiscitis in the t horacic spine. Medullary involvement by tuberculosis originating by di fferent mechanisms have been demonstrated in the recent literature. Ho wever, this rare complication accompanying TB spondilodiscitis has not been reported.
