Abstract
Hypomelanosis of Ito is a rare sporadic neurocutaneous disorder. CNS a bnormalities are observed in more than 50 % of the sases. A case of hy pomelanosis in a 2 year old girl is reported. MRI is unusual in the fa ct that it shows symetrical abnormalities: non-obstructive hydrocephal us, mega cisterna magna and multiple white matter lesions.
