Abstract
A 26-year-old man presented with severe chest pain. Subsequent investi gations revealed a right ventricular diverticulum communicating with t he right atrium. Surgery was performed, following which the chest pain disappeared completely. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd.
