Abstract
The phase transitions of KH2(P1-xAsx)O4 solid solutions between ferroe lectric KH2PO4 and its isomorphous ferroelectric KH2AsO4 have been stu died by dielectric measurements over the whole concentration range 0 l ess-than-or-equal-to x less-than-or-equal-to 1. The transition tempera ture versus x, T(c) (x), showed a large bowing downwards. The ferroele ctricity below T(c) was confirmed by a D-E hysteresis loop, which beca me weakened near x = 0.68.
