Abstract
Influence of perfluoroalkylbetaines (AF7ATs and AF9ATs) on deposition of copper was investigated. The possibility of betaine adsorption on c opper electrode was studied by various techniques (polarography, tast- polarography, tensammetry, and the method of stationary polarization c urves).
