Abstract
Electronic band structure, frozen phonons and some approximations to t he electron-phonon interactions for the ''infinite layer'' cuprates Ca CuO2 and SrCuO2 are studied by the full potential linear muffin tin or bital method (FP-LMTO). Differences and similarities with other cuprat es studied by the same method are analyzed.
