Za. Sadikova et al., SORPTION OF VANADIUM(IV), VANADIUM(V), AND MOLYBDENUM(VI) ON SILICA CHEMICALLY-MODIFIED WITH IMINODIACETIC ACID GROUPS, Journal of analytical chemistry, 52(3), 1997, pp. 206-208
Sorption of vanadium(IV), vanadium(V), and molybdenum(VI) on silica ch
emically modified with iminodiacetic acid groups was studied as a func
tion of the pH of the aqueous solution, time, and the concentration of
metal ions in the aqueous phase. The metal-to-ligand ratio in the sor
bent phase was determined. The recovery of vanadium is unaffected by a
n increase in volume to 0.5 L and an increase in the ionic strength of
the solution to 0.5 (NaCl or KCl).
