Abstract
In this report, we discuss the feasibility of percutaneous mitral valv ulotomy in the presence of mitral stenosis and concomitant atrial sept al aneurysm. Our data suggest that percutaneous mitral valvulotomy can be safely performed if the atrial septal aneurysm does not involve th e entire interatrial septum.
