Abstract
Guided-wave two-dimensional optical fan-out has been experimentally de monstrated by using a waveguide diffractive doublet consisting of a un iform grating coupler and a diffractive optical element. Design of thi s waveguide diffractive doublet and device fabrication results are als o presented.
