Abstract
The effect of a small Ti addition on the phase transformation at room temperature in the Zn25wt%Al alloy after supersaturation is studied. O n the basis of the results obtained by the DTA method, the enthalpy of the examined process is calculated to be 47.6 kJ/kg (2.293 kJ/mol). T he significant acceleration of phase transformation in the examined al loy after the Ti addition is observed.
