Abstract
A combination of two well-established NMR methods, namely, phosphorus decoupling and 1D-TOCSY, provides identification of phosphorylation si tes in a simple and straightforward manner in small to medium-sized ol igosaccharides. The method is demonstrated on Man-P-GlcMan(7)GlcNAc(2) , a glycoprotein-derived N-linked type oligosaccharide.
