Abstract
This case describes the beneficial effect on the binge eating componen t of bulimia nervosa of methylphenidate, which was prescribed to treat comorbid attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. Possible mechanism s of action are discussed. (C) 1997 by John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
