Abstract
The Src family of protein tyrosine kinases functionally interacts with several receptor and nonreceptor protein tyrosine kinases. Recent dev elopments show that Src family kinases may cooperate with the epiderma l growth factor and platelet-derived growth factor receptors and the i ntegrin-linked focal adhesion kinase to diversify signals that regulat e growth and cell movement.
