Abstract
Rupture of the triceps brachii at the musculotendinous junction is rep orted in a patient with diabetes mellitus and hypertension. Successful reconstruction was achieved by delayed primary repair. V-Y advancemen t of the triceps, and a plantaris tendon graft.
