Abstract
A case of calcium hydroxyapatite deposition in the triangular fibrocar tilage of the wrist is presented. The deposit look the more unusual fo rm of a tumor, posing diagnostic difficulties. Magnetic resonance imag ing was helpful in delineating the lesion, but could not identify its nature. Surgical excision resulted in resolution of symptoms.
