Abstract
Lipid peroxidation products and intraocular pressure were measured in to rabbits with adrenalin-induced glaucoma, and the possibility of cor recting these parameters with a bioantioxidant was tested. Intraocular pressure and levels of lipid peroxidation products in rabbit blood se ra were found to grow in the course of adrenalin injections. Intraocul ar pressure singificantly reduced and lipid peroxidation normalized af ter subconjunctival administration of a bioantioxidant.
