Abstract
The use of clonidine alone and in combination to treat a variety of pr oblems has increased in child and adolescent patients. Four cases of a dverse experiences with clonidine are described. Clinical guidelines f or the use of clonidine in particular and the use of polypharmacy in g eneral are presented.
