Abstract
The graded reflection equations are solved for the one-dimensional Hub bard open chain. From this the diagonal boundary K supermatrices are o btained and the commutativity of the transfer matrices for different v alues of the spectral parameter is shown. The result shows that there is a graded version of Sklyanin's formalism to treat any one-dimension al integrable lattice fermion open chain. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science B. V.
