Abstract
The crystal structure of the title compound, 2C(6)N(18)N(2)(2+).P4O124 -.4H(2)O, can be described as typical [(C6H18N2)(2)-P4O12](n) layers a t y = 1/2 interconnected by water molecules via hydrogen bonding.
