Abstract
The synthesis and X-ray crystal structure of borabenzene-4-phenylpyrid ine is reported. This compound, which incorporates a pyridine, a benze ne, and a borabenzene ring, is the first hetero-p-terphenyl analogue t o be structurally characterized.
