Abstract
Three cases of idiopathic anaphylaxis are presented. This condition re presents a rare but important cause of collapse. The development of at rial fibrillation, reported here for the first time, may lead to diagn ostic difficulties, Early recognition and treatment is essential and w ill result in a good prognosis.
