Abstract
A simple method for the determination of diflubenzuron and teflubenzur on in fish feed by HPLC is presented. The samples were extracted with acetone - tetrahydrofurane and diluted with tetrahydrofurane, prior to the HPLC. The lower limit of quantification was 0.25 and 0.4 g/kg. fo r diflubenzuron and teflubenzuron in fish feed, respectively.
