Abstract
A new logic structure, adiabatic pseudo-domino logic (APDL), which is the combination of adiabatic theory and CMOS domino logic is described . APDL circuits are compact, easy to cascade. and have outputs that ar e more stable than other adiabatic logic. Comprehensive circuit simula tions show that APDL logic can recover over 80% of the energy dissipat ed in conventional static CMOS logic.
