Abstract
Production of SRIF-antibodies was determined in 18 steer calves immuni zed against SRIF-conjugate prepared in Freund's, Alhydrogel, or Havlog en adjuvant. Freund's adjuvant elevated (P < 0.05) antibody titers bet ween the first booster (wk 6) and termination (wk 24) of the experimen t. Alhydrogel and Havlogen adjuvants also elevated (P < 0.05) titers, but only between wk 8 and 10.
