Abstract
The solubilities of triolein in supercritical carbon dioxide were meas
ured over a temperature range of 308-328 K and at pressures between 8
and 20 MPa by the static method. The data were correlated by the model
proposed by Chrastil and the modification proposed by Adachi and Lu a
nd Del Valle and Aguilera.
