Abstract
Using extraction, high pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC) and chrom atography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), isopentenyladenosine (i(6)Ado) wa s identified from Laminaria japonica Aresch. Trans-zeatin (trans-Z) an d trans-zeatin riboside (trans-ZR) were detected, but not verified aft er GC-MS measurement.
